We collect personal data only when you submit it through one of the website forms.

• Free trial form: full name, company, email, optional phone, sector, team size, plan, timing and free text.
• Contact form: full name, company, email, optional phone, topic and message.
• Server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and user agent, for security and diagnostics.

We do not ask for payment data during the free trial.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to your request and activating the trial - pre-contractual measures at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Following up on the trial - the same pre-contractual request, limited to the relationship started by you.
• Website security and abuse prevention - legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Legal obligations, where applicable - Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Retention

Requests that do not become a customer relationship are retained for 24 months from the last contact. Technical log retention must be filled with the actual configured period.

5. Recipients

Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing. It may be processed by service providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

7. Your rights
